ABOUT ME
Originally Marjory MacLeod, I was born and brought up on a farm outside Drumnadrochit. Thankfully my parents encouraged my artistic abilities. I went on to complete my honours degree in Design and Craft ( specialising in Graphics ) at Gray's School of Art in Aberdeen in 1992, and then went on to Teacher Training College.
I having been teaching Art and Design ever since. Having taught for nine years in Aberdeen-shire, my husband and I decided to make a move back to the hills above Drumnadrochit, and I continue to teach Art and Design full time in Inverness.

I find teaching very rewarding - most of the time! Despite the cracks about teachers working part time and all those holidays,
it is also very demanding.
In my spare time I like being outside - gardening, walking,
running or just pottering. I love the countryside.

I hate the dark nights, but at least it allows me
to focus on my creative side, plan new ideas and keep
my skills brushed up to impress the pupils.
I've now finally found a forum to display my work and it'll
be a work in progress.
So why KELTICKATZ?
KELTIC because I'm very proud
of being a Scottish Highlander,
and KATZ because I love them.
We have two brothers who are
extremely spoilt.
